Refund Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. Our commitment
We want every customer to be happy with MailEach. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund and we will process it — there are no hidden conditions and no complicated paperwork. This page explains exactly how it works.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers subscription payments you make directly to MailEach for our paid plans, billed monthly or annually.
3. When you can request a refund
- Any reason, within 30 days of the charge — if the service did not meet your expectations, request a full refund of the most recent charge.
- Accidental renewal — forgot to cancel and were charged again? Let us know and we will refund that charge.
- Billing errors — duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or any mistake on our side are always refunded in full.
- Unused prepaid time — we will also refund the unused portion of a prepaid period when you ask.
4. How to request a refund
Send us a request through our contact form, from the support area of your workspace, or by replying to any billing email from us. To make it fast, include:
- the email address of your workspace account,
- the date and amount of the charge, and
- a short note on why you are asking (optional — it helps us improve, but it is never a condition).
5. How refunds are processed
We approve every request quickly — usually within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through our payment provider back to the original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. We never deduct processing or administrative fees from your refund.
6. What happens to your account after a refund
You keep full access to your workspace and your data until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account simply moves to the free plan and future charges stop. A refund never deletes your data, leads, campaigns or sequences.
Once a refund has been issued, the account remains on the free plan and is no longer offered paid plans. We apply this rule to every refunded account in the same way, to keep the platform fair and prevent the paid features from being used without payment. Your free account stays fully available, so you can continue using MailEach at no cost.
7. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription from the billing portal stops future charges but does not automatically refund money you already paid. If you would like a refund of a recent charge, request it as described above and we will take care of it.
8. Our promise to keep it simple
Every refund request is approved and processed without disputes or lengthy procedures. We may occasionally reach out to understand what went wrong so we can improve the product — but that conversation never delays or blocks a refund.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and the version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
10. Questions
Anything unclear? Send us a message through our contact form and we will reply promptly.
